From the initial phone call through to the end of the project they were both friendly, professional, responsive and passionate about providing the best service and end product. They listened to our ideas and requirements and put forward various design options – each more considered and nicer than we had received from elsewhere. The end product is fantastic – the fit and finish of the cabinets is way beyond our expectation and their build quality is top notch. I used Kendrick to design and install some alcove shelves in my new flat. The process was seamless - I measured up the walls with a tape measure, supplied the dimensions and the Kendrick team used computer aided software to produce a solution and a mode to help me visualise the final product and catch any snags before arriving to build. We are WFH due to Covid and the team was very respectful of that, arriving with PPE and keeping the noise and the mess to a minimum ( we didn't really notice them). For the price we paid, the service and finish was exceptional - highly recommend.
