    A Complimentary Design Consultation

    Our initial design consultation is a free service in our store. This is the time to discuss your project in detail, from what you’d like to include, to how you’d like your kitchen to feel and work for your family.

    A Home Visit to Take Measurements

    If you decide to go ahead with your project after the free consultation, then your full design service will begin and, if we need to, we will pop by and take precise measurements of your space.

    Your Design Presentation


    Our designs usually take two weeks, after which we will invite you back to store to discuss and sign off your plans. We will provide you with our beautiful bound folder containing floor plans, renders and a detailed quote.

    A Technical Visit & Kitchen Delivery!

    Four weeks before we deliver your kitchen, we will come back to do a technical survey and make sure the kitchen will fit perfectly.
    Then, before you know it, we will be back to install your beautiful new kitchen!

Pricing Details:

If you decide to proceed with your project following the complimentary consultation, our comprehensive design service will commence. A fee of £350 is applicable at this stage, and it can be redeemed against your kitchen order.

A 20% deposit will be requested upon placing your order, which is to be settled 28 days prior to the scheduled kitchen fitting.
